Everything Breaks (Open)

Pandora was oddly enjoying being at Hogwarts. She had all the followers she required for when she needed them and couldn't wait to see how far they'd go in the future just to please her. At the school, she always acted like she was always there and the headmaster knew of a bit of her situation, making sure to treat her as if she always was. With a cold smirk, she pushed her messy black hair away from her face with one hand and with the other, threw a boys body at the edge of the tower. Pandora was very hungry and now had someone to play with. She always went after Hufflepuff's as no one ever paid attention to them but this time, she had a wonderful Gryffindor who just so happened fell into her lap, begging to die or so Pandora believed. ''I won't make it quick, food.'' She growled darkly and angrily as he kept begging for it to happen quickly. 

Sinking her fangs into his neck, she gripped his arms hearing the bones crack at her immense vampire strength and straddled his lap to keep him from wiggling away. Pulling away for a short moment, she shoved her hand into his stomach to cause him more pain. ''STAY STILL.'' She hissed into his ear, blood splattering everywhere before hearing his heartbeat slow. Pandora always did have a thing against drinking people's blood when they were dead, even if it was a short seconds after death and drank quickly, being sure to drain him before his heart stopped, like a race to the finish. ''Thanks for your services...May you never rest in peace.'' The dark witch growled, breaking more of his bones just to feel the satisfaction of her kill and got off him, kicking his body off the tower to hear the thud. It was nearly morning so people would soon see an empty bed with a suicide note, a body at the bottom of the tower covered in fake blood that Pandora had gotten from a blood bank and Pandora next to the body in shock. ''HELP! SOMEONE PLEASE, HELP! I-I think he's dead!'' Pandora screamed, tears rolling down her cheeks which fell onto her running shorts to make it look like she had been for a run when she found him. An act of course but no one would even realize. The only weird thing would be is why a slytherin would be crying over a gryffindor but that doesn't matter. Not now.

Tate heard the sound of yelling from the foot of the tower, and rushed over in time to see a most peculiar site. There was a body at the foot of the tower, someone he recognized as a Gryffindor; but, standing over it was a Slytherin he was somewhat familiar with. Although he didn't know her personally he'd heard stories, enough to know that there was no reason she would be crying over anyone here at Hogwarts. It wouldn't do to let her know about his more suspicious thoughts though, so he kept them hidden behind his mask as came upon the scene. "Miss Abhorsen, what did you see happen?" he asked, not knowing the girl well enough to feel comfortable using her first name. Something looked off about the way the body had been broken, and it was disturbing him in a way he was rarely unnerved. From the feeling though, he was certain that there was more to this story than a kid jumping off the tallest tower at Hogwarts.

Pandora heard footsteps and her heart quickened at the sound with excitement. She acted like she was stroking his cheeks lovingly and kissed his forehead repeatedly before hearing the voice. ''I was running and i saw him fall. I couldn't stop it...I should've stopped it...W-We spent the night together once and..this is all my fault...'' She said, sniffing and continued stroking his cheek. ''I didn't know he was upset...I ran from his room, afraid of commitment. I didn't want to be judged for being with a Gryffindor. You understand, don't you?'' She whimpered, staring up at him with her lip quivering as tears spilled from her eyes. ''I should've saved him..'' Pandora whispered, muttering into the wind and rocked on the spot, cradling the body in her arms.

The girl started to kiss him and stroke his cheeks, as if she was grieving over the body. It was a convincing show, but he was too much of a skeptic to believe it was something more than just that. Reaching out and putting his arm around the girl, he slowly pulled her away from the body of the boy. "Listen to me, this is not your fault. You can't fix someone's emotional problems, and you weren't the cause of them. To be honest it's quite possible that you were his reason for surviving this long. And I know you would have saved him if possible." he said, giving the girl a gentle hug. Part of him wanted to believe this wasn't an act, that this was the girl's genuine feelings. He knew quite well what it was like to love someone not a Slytherin, he had feelings for a certain Hufflepuff. "Yeah, I understand. I don't want to be judged for caring for a Hufflepuff." he told her, letting her know they had something in common.

Pandora tensed at the arm, surprised at him pulling her away and she released the dead boy's hand, hearing it hit the floor like a finality. ''Y-You really think so?'' She whimpered, burying her face in his chest as she kept on sobbing. ''H-He just never mentioned any problems...I wish i got to him before it happened..'' She sniffled, pulling away from the hug and wiped at her soaking cheeks. The dark witch became even more surprised when he mentioned he cared for a hufflepuff before biting back a scoff. ''If only, love was easy...'' Pandora muttered, her voice becoming distant as she stared at the body. ''W-What do we do with the body, Tate? I-I don't know what to do..'' Her hand gripped his arm, unaware that she was applying a bit more strength than usual as it was hard for her to control sometimes despite all her years of living.

Tate found himself very close to believing her, because if this wasn't genuine emotion she was hands down the best actor he'd met in his life. A small part of him was whispering don't let your guard down though, and he'd learned to trust his gut when it came to people. "Yes, I really think so. And people rarely do mention those sorts of struggles. It's not something easy to talk about." he said, knowing from her experience as he let her cry on him. Before long she pulled away and wiped at her cheeks. Reaching into his pocket, he pulled out a fresh handkerchief that hadn't been used yet."Here, use this. If love was easy, it wouldn't be so precious to hold on to." he whispered. Thinking about the question, he realized that they would have to do something with it. Probably the best course of action would be to report this to a teacher. While he was thinking it through, the girl's hand on his arm had him wincing in pain. That was more than just a strong girl, there was something inhuman about that level of strength. "I imagine the smartest thing to do would be to report this to the headmaster or the deputy, or if we can't find them than a teacher. Want to help me look for one Pandora?" he asked, using her first name since she had used his.

Pandora found herself hiding a smirk, proud of her own acting skills. Then again, she's had many, many years to perfect it. Rubbing her own arms, as if rubbing away the shock of what just occurred, she happily took the handkerchief and wiped her cheeks as more tears spilled out. ''I guess...I understand why he didn't say anything...emotions...are hard to talk about..'' She stammered, tripping over her words as her voice became hoarse as a fresher wave of tears threatened to come over her. Feeling the wince twinging at her fingertips, she wrenched her hand away acting as if nothing happened and lightly touched the dead boy's cheek with it instead. ''Sleep well, love...May peace come to you finally.'' Or not...Suffer, idiot...Pandora thought to herself, letting out a shuddering breath as she finally stood up, gripping her elbows and stared up at Tate. ''C-Could you..please? I-I don't want to be alone...I heard the Headmaster was away to see another school so..a teacher..'' She said in a hushed tone, acting as if she feared her voice would crack and break if she spoke any louder.

Violet was walking around when she heard voices. Was that tate? She walked toward the spurce of said voices and saw it was indeed her tater tot. She couldnt Help the smile that spread across her face. "Hi tate" then she saw the body, "woah. What happened here? Did he look at your face too long tate?" She smirked and crossed her arms

Pandora's head shot towards another person arriving, a hufflepuff no less. This is better than I expected...I wonder...She thought to herself, sniffling and wiping her cheeks with Tate's handkerchief. She pressed herself again Tate's side, fresh tears falling down her cheeks and cried harder. ''He....He jumped off the tower...'' She whimpered, turning and buried her face into Tate's chest, sobbing even more.

Violet growled softly as the girl practically draped herself all over tate, but said nothing. Finally, she had had enough, "hiw about instead of throwing yourself all over tate you help us with the body." She raised an eyebrow and looked at tate, a glimmer of hurt in her eyes

Tate let out the first real smile of his day when he saw Violet approaching, but the other girl appearing only seemed to make her more clingy and emotional. There was definitely something fishy about what was happening and as soon as him and Violet were alone he would tell her. When he saw the look of hurt in her eyes he mouthed the words 'I was trying to help. I'm sorry.', over the top of her head. She should know that he cared for her much more than this girl.

"Violet's right, we should probably get to it. Should one of us go to find a teacher Vi? Or should we handle this part first?" he asked, to be honest not sure which would be more appropriate in this situation.

"I say we have Pandora go find a teacher while me and you bury the body. She decided to ignore his words for now and discuss the events later. "Since Snake Girl here is the one who saw it happen, she should be the one to tell the teacher. Besides, Ive always wanted to bury a body." She smiled a dark and sick smile that showed just how rotten her soul was. She giggled a bit and slightly pushed the girl away from Tate so she could nuzzle into his arms. "Tate... Will you help me hide a body?"

Pandora noticed the reactions of the hufflepuff and looked towards Tate with a quiver of her lip. ''T-This is the girl then? The h-hufflepuff you mentioned?'' She questioned and rubbed her arms, feeling them shake which she knew would look like complete and total shock when really, Pandora was excited. She staggered and bit back a sharp growl, eyes flashing red for a moment when she got pushed. ''People would question us telling a teacher but having the body buried already...'' She admitted, brows furrowed. Tilting her head, she chewed at her lip with her fang poking out slightly.

Tate's arms instinctively wrapped around her, but he cursed quietly when Pandora picked up on it and put two and two together. For some reason he was getting a bad foreboding about the girl knowing who he cared about. There was something disturbing about the way she was rubbing her arms, and he noticed a fang when the girl chewed on her lip. "Yeah, I'll help you bury it Violet. But I think Pandora has a good point about telling a teacher first. Let's all go together and find one." he said, already sensing a disaster in the making but not knowing what else to do.

Violets eyebrows furrowed in confusion at the girls words. She turned to Tate with a smile however and said, "You talk about me? Awwww, that is so cute Tater Tot." She kissed his cheek and smiled. When he agreed to help her bury the body, she was excited. One, she got to bury a body. And two, she got some alone time with Tate. But her second dream was crushed when he agreed with snake girl. She groaned and rolled her eyes. "Fine lets go find a teacher." She grabbed Tates hand and began to walk toward the main part of the castle.

Pandora had to fight back her laugh, her stomach growling for more food and nodded slowly, her messy hair falling into her face as she stared back at the body. ''Yes...Let's...'' She whispered. It had been a while since she acted like this and was surprised she held it together for long. As they stared to walk, she glanced down at the body and made sure the hole in his stomach was hidden, following short behind sniffing back her tears. She wanted to snap before they entered the main part but right now, she couldn't tell which one was better. She liked the darkness of the girl but knew if Tate had the chance, he could be the same. ''It's not even breakfast yet, is it? I'm very hungry, you two...'' She said, cracking her neck as she stared down at the ground, her black hair covering her face completely.

Immediately his cheeks burned bright red when Violet called him cute. "I am not cute, Miller! Don't you ever call me that again." Tate said, sticking his tongue out at her before grabbing her hand and walking along with her. As they made their way inside he knew the girl was following them close behind. He could feel her gaze on the back of them, and it was making him nervous. "If you want after we find a teacher you can go find a snack while Violet and I handle the body, then. We won't miss you." he said, looking back at the girl to gauge her reaction to his words.

Violet was about to bite at his tongue when he stuck it back in his mouth. "Keep it there unless you wanna lose it, Baked Tater." She giggled at the new variation of her nickname and walked hand in hand with Tate. She turned to the girl and raised her eyebrow, "Youre a bit of a freak, you know?" She laughed at Tates comment and waited to see the girls reaction to being told to basically fuck off and leave them alone

Pandora stared at Tate, head tilted and laughed coldly at his words. She knew they wouldn't miss her, just like no one would miss them if she lost control. Her head snapped towards Violet, eyes glowing a blood red and a dark laugh replaced the cold tone in her voice. With her speed, she stood right in front of them blocking their way into the castle and grinned like Jeff the Killer, fangs full on show. ''I guess..you can call me that..'' She growled out. ''Little Jace over there called me the same you know...then he went falling, falling, falling...right after all his blood went drip....drip....drip...'' She sang out, stepping closer to them and held up her hand, revealing two wands. ''Who's blood shall drip next, hm? Little 'Tater Tot'? Or Violet, the hufflepuff bitch?''

To his surprise when he reached for his wand when the girl started growling and revealed her fangs, his hand came up empty. The girl produced both of theirs with a flourish and Tate found himself cursing himself for his own stupidity. From the very start he knew something was off about her but he ignored it, instead of acting on it. "Violet, run!" he said, stepping in front of her and dropping into a sweeping kick at the girl. He knew it was futile, vampires were faster than normal humans; but, he had to try to buy the girl he loved some time to get away.

Violet growled and her eyes started to turn black, "I am not leaving you Tate." She growled and her eyes were now pitch black. She clenched her fists and screamed as the ground beneath Pandoras feet began to crack in half. Soon, a giant hole was beneath her. However, when she looked into the hole, she saw that it was emtpy

Pandora rolled her eyes, seeing the kick and grabbed it, flinging it away from her before watching Violet. Interesting...This just got a whole lot more fun. She thought and used her speed to appear behind Violet with one shoe hanging off the edge of the hole to make it look like she fell in. She blew air onto the back of Violet's neck and sped behind Tate, staring at his neck hungrily whilst she pointed the pairs wands at it. ''Don't go using that power now sweetcheeks. If I go down...he goes down with me and who would tell you bedtime stories then, huh?'' She said with a fake pout and she trailed a nail down Tate's neck. ''Doesn't he just look...tasty? Would love to eat him right up...''

Violet looked at the girl and growled. She didnt know what to do. She looked into Tates eyes and whimpered softly. She began to shake and went into her Animagus mode. She became a majestic and beautiful jet black wolf. Sure, she was pretty... pretty fucking pissed. She stalked circles around the girl and growled loudly, a warning to release him.

Pandora's eyes seemed to glow but not in anger, in pure happiness. ''Oh look at the little puppy, Tate? Ain't it beautiful?'' She said in a babyish tone and pinched Tate's cheek lightly. Snapping her jaws at Violet, she stomped her foot on the ground causing it to crack from her berserker magic and the air seemed to fill with rage. ''Here, little puppy...Come to Mama.'' She said, body curled over as if she was about to change and just let out a loud, animalistic growl that could rival a dragons.

Tate knew that he was out of his league when Violet's eyes turned black and she made a crater in the ground that didn't even harm Pandora. He tried to stay out of the way but was soon caught by the vampire and knew he was helpless without his wand. If he could find a way to get it away from her...then he might be able to do something to help; but, until then he was useless. When the girl pinched his cheek he'd had enough and elbowed her firmly in the gut, pleased to feel it actually connect with her. Rolling away, he moved to stand beside the black wolf. "Let's take down this bitch together, Miller." he told her.
